2. Request by email
If you can't access the app, you can also request deletion by writing to our support team from your registered email address. You must use the email associated with your account so we can verify the request. Putting “Account deletion” in the subject line speeds things up.
3. What gets deleted
Deletion permanently removes:
- Your account info (email / sign-in identifier),
- The photos you uploaded and all output you created,
- Your history and sync data,
- Your remaining credits (free and purchased) and in-app preferences.
After deletion we keep only: a hashed form of your email for the re-registration waiting period, purchase event records (no card data), records of community-sharing consent, and a ban entry for accounts or devices banned for abuse. Usage-event and generation logs are deleted automatically after 90 days anyway; copies held by our providers (e.g. PostHog, Sentry, RevenueCat) are deleted under their own retention periods.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel it in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
