Deleting your SoruX account

1. From inside the app

Profile → Settings → Account → Delete my account. Once you confirm, your account and your data are deleted straight away.

2. If you cannot reach the app

Send an e-mail from your account's address to mustafa@mustafaevleksiz.com with the subject "SoruX account deletion".

Requests are completed within 30 days, and I write back to the same address.

3. What is deleted

Deletion removes all of this:

• Your account (sign-in details) and your profile
• The questions you solved, your answers and your practice-test history
• Your mistake vault and what you saved
• Your class memberships, homework and exam submissions
• Your AI coach and solution records
• Your feedback, question ratings and reports
• Your XP, badges and analytics events

If a teacher account is deleted, that teacher's classes, homework and announcements are deleted too.

4. What stays, no longer linked to you

A question correction you suggested that is still waiting for an administrator, and a question-generation job still running in the background, are not deleted; only their link to you is removed.

5. Purchases

Subscription and payment records are kept by Apple and Google under their own policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play.
